Day-one truth: Certificates issued through NPCEUs currently award
Proliforge CEUs for professional development.
They are not ANCC contact hours, AMA PRA credits, or state-board “approved CE”
unless we hold that status in writing and disclose it on the activity and certificate.
What Proliforge CEU means
- Activity designed with learning objectives and timed educational hours (60 min ≈ 1.0 CEU)
- SME content certification on the Proliforge platform
- Post-test pass threshold ≥70% and learner evaluation before certificate
- Unique certificate ID and public verification path
NPECC relationship
The Nurse Practitioner Education Continuum Council (NPECC) publishes independent standards for educational design and process. Activities may later carry a NPECC process–approved designation when the activity file is complete. NPECC does not issue licenses or national board certifications.
Your responsibility
Always confirm whether your certifying board (e.g., AANPCB / ANCC certification renewal) and state board of nursing accept a given CE type for your renewal pathway.
